Women only · Neurodivergent-first · Holistic

Support that meets a neurodivergent nervous system, not a clinic script.

Talking therapy helps some women. It is not the only path. The Sanctuary Circle matches you with body-based, nature-based and trauma-aware wellness — reflexology, massage, reiki, hypnotherapy, rest spaces, and practitioners who understand autistic, ADHD and otherwise neurodivergent burnout — including women who have never been able to get a diagnosis.

Two doors. Same circle.

The Circle

A matching service and brand. Practitioners pay to be found. Women who can pay, book. That is how this becomes a living, not a hobby.

The charity

A funded-place arm for women who cannot pay right now. Donations and a cut of Circle income buy sessions and rest — not a waiting list speech.

You

Get matched either way. Nobody is asked to perform “wellness” to deserve help.

This is not another “find a counsellor” list.

Most matching apps ask what diagnosis you have, then send you talking therapy. We start somewhere else: what does your body tolerate right now? What settles you? What overwhelms you? What kind of room, touch, silence or nature would feel safe?

Matched by how trauma lives in you

If talking floods you

We look toward bodywork, somatic work, hypnotherapy, quiet hands-on therapies — not another hour of explaining yourself.

If you are neurodivergent

Lighting, language, pacing, sensory load and “please don’t make me perform wellness” all matter. We match for that, not around it.

If your body is already carrying a lot

Endometriosis, exhaustion, dissociation, a system that cannot take medication well. The match should be gentle enough to enter.

The kind of support we point you toward

We are not a medical or psychiatric service. We do not prescribe or replace emergency care.

Get matched

This first version collects what we need to learn how to match well. No clinical diagnosis required.

Ask the charity for help

For women who cannot pay for the support they need right now. This is an application, not an emergency line.

If you are in immediate danger or cannot keep yourself safe, contact emergency services or Samaritans on 116 123.

For practitioners and spaces

If you offer women-only or women-centred holistic work and you understand sensitive, traumatised and neurodivergent nervous systems, we want you in the circle. Not a paid ranking. A careful match.
